Three-story modern office building with exposed wood and steel beams, pre-manufactured floor system, concrete retaining walls and spread footings, steel columns and braces are used on this current project that DEI is working on with the architect, owner and contractor.  The goal is to create a functional office space with a focus on simplicity and modern style.
