Three-story wood framed luxury apartments. The apartments use pre-manufactured roof trusses, i-joist floor framing with concrete fill at the walkways, wood framed walls for vertical and lateral support, all supported on stem walls with typical spread footings.  DEI worked closely with the architect and developer during the design process.
