Custom two- and three-level wood framed luxury duplexes for quick access to Heavenly Ski Resort and downtown South Lake Tahoe. These duplexes use pre-manufactured roof trusses, i-joist floor framing, wood framed walls for vertical and lateral support, all supported on stem walls with typical spread footings.  DEI worked closely with the architect and developer to maximize the square footage of the daylight basement units.
